The former lead singer of famed Italian rock band Litfiba’s, Piero Pelu, together with Vietnamese players are set to jam together and rock Hanoi Saturday in a show sponsored by the Italian Embassy.Vietnamese groups - Thuy Trieu Do (Red Tide), Microwave, Unlimited and singer Tran Lap from former Buc Tuong (the Wall) Band will join in the show.
The event is among the activities held during the Italian Rainbow Cultural Cooperative Program organized by the Italian Embassy in Vietnam from April to September.
The charity show, the first performance ever by the Italian rocker in Vietnam, aims to help Ha Tay province’s HIV/AIDS children, to be staged at the National Convention Center.
